We were just a little band of characters trudging thru life, coveting one another's desserts, having our own toothpastes, borrowing colored pens from kids, fighting for the remote controls, simply missing someone's presence back home, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. I guess that's what family is all about.
