i have to admit i'm not a good cook. my hub is. i just put out some frozen beef this morning, without instructions or anything. magically, my husband turned these meat into something yummy: beef mechado!
it's been raining hard outside. we had our movie marathon: Karate Kid (Jackie Chan), Cop Out (Bruce Willis) and Sorcerer's Apprentice (Nicolas Cage).
I won't be able to remember the films' directors, but i won't forget the taste of the potatoes on the beef mechado.
